I chose Tipsy Parties for a cocktail class/party at home for 12. They were easy to book and also provided the cheapest quote. It was also the simplest set up as our mixologist brought all the ingredients, equipment and glassware! Phil was super friendly and went above and beyond, showing us how to make an extra cocktail from our ingredients even after he'd already washed up etc. Downside: the standard cocktails on offer for the class were not our faves (you can change them for an additional fee which turned out to be too complicated after we'd already paid). The mixologist included some games which were a bit raunchy, which was fun in our situation but depending on the nature of the gathering might be inappropriate so maybe that could be mentioned at the time of the booking...? Just a suggestion not a moan :)
