We really enjoyed our class and Alex was a lovely bartender. Being able to choose the cocktails was a great touch.
Only slight disappointment was that we had one mocktail drinker which we put on our booking form, but there were no alcohol free spirits or replacements provided so the mocktails were basically just juice.
