It would be useful to have a carry forward facility (eg tick box by employee) so that unused leave can be carried forward if approved instead of having to manually add it to the allowance for the following year.
It would also be useful if people could request time off in excess of their allowances - this could be flagged. We allow this with approval and employees then receive unpaid leave. At the moment I either need to increase their allowance which doesn't represent the true position, or their leave simply isn't shown on their calendar.
