How refreshing! We requested a survey and were very impressed with the friendly professionalism, expertise, honesty and patience in surveying our rather old and quirky home. After discussing the findings the conclusion is that NO TREATMENT IS REQUIRED! The timbers inspected 'are suffering from historic infestation which is now not active'. What a relief and we feel that have have had a service which we can trust. Highly recommended.
