We were recommended by Timberwise to fit waterproof wall membranes to our property in 2013. At the time we had concerns about the quality of the workmanship which we raised with the Managing Director. A few years on and our concerns have been realised and the membrane system has failed. We now have serious damp problems where we never had them before. We have asked Timberwise to come back which they did and they knocked some exploratory holes in our walls. This was 6 weeks ago and we have yet to hear in writing what the problem is or what they are going to do to rectify it. This is our experience and you can make your own mind up about whether you want to choose this company to work on your property.
