Ashley the Surveyor came to our house as we were worried when a possible damp spot in our living room was identified whilst we were having new carpet laid
He assured us that the area was not damp but was the result of the seal leaking around the patio in the past
He also took the time to look around our cellar store to give advice on ventilation
Totally professional & such a really nice guy
I would recommend Ashley 100% if you're looking for advice/work to be undertaken
