We had a damp proof course, re-plastering and replacement of rotten skirting boards in a cloakroom/toilet. Workmen turned up promptly at 0800. They were pleasant, efficient and cleaned up afterward. The only name I have is Stu Fairbairn who replaced the skirting boards today. Overall, a very positive experience
