Had a survey done this week by the lovely Carla (Northwich office). I was concerned and had previously been led to believe, by another company, that I had ‘raging rising damp’. She was very thorough and informative and assured me the problem is condensation, not rising damp. She gave suggestions on what needed to be done which is nowhere near as invasive as I imagined. I am very grateful for her honesty and now feel so much more knowledgeable about the situation. Thank you so much.
