Misleading marketing.
They splash 'free survey' across the web page, but when they finally bother to reply to a query (no answer to multiple phone calls, and 3-4 days to respond to a website query), they hit you with a cost for it.
Sorry, don't normally leave bad reviews, but this left me with a bad taste in my mouth.
I can't comment on their workmanship, only my initial interactions with them. Shame as the other reviews look good.
