I phoned Timberwise this morning feeling pretty desperate as I found dry rot in my house and am petrified that it may be very bad but I don't know if it is or what. A very helpful young lady said she would try to contact the surveyor which she did and has made an appointment for him to come next week. I hope I can stop shaking soon. Thank you for your help.
