Earlier this year I asked Timberwise to survey my kitchen wall which was very damp. I had had pipes replaced outside, bathroom above and exploratory work done to wall, which proved no damp behind my new plasterboard. Ashley one of their surveyors visited and quickly found the problem. Condensation from cooking and north facing kitchen. He had a special fan fitted, self adjusting to humidity present and now all is well after only 3 weeks, all is dry. It purrs quietly and adjusts its output as damp air from cooking rises. I am so pleased with all the advise and work.
