I requested, by E-Mail, a survey from three companies after 1700 hours on a week-day. My request gained an immediate, and personalised, response from Timberwise. By 1400 hours the next day I had secured verbal agreement to a survey, including a date which was confirmed in writing by E-Mail within the hour. The telephone discussion was conducted with a personable and highly competent lady. As for the other two companies it is now nearly 24 hours since I made my initial request and I have heard nothing!
