I tried for days to get a call back from several companies without any luck Timber wise not only gave me a call but reassured me that I was doing the right thing as I didn’t have a clue who to speak to or where to go with the damp issues in my home. I now have an actual date for a surveyor to assess the problem and it’s such a relief to finally be getting somewhere at last.
