Surveyor arrived in the time slot advised.Respected our property by removing his shoes without our asking.Knew his onions.Advised us what the issues were and that we really needed a general builder as problems were external and not a specialist damp proofing matter.He did suggest they could do the remedial work but at specialist workers rates.Cannot thank him enough for his honesty and advice and a breath of fresh air to meet someone who wasnt seeking to make a load of money out of our circumstance.Highly recommend.
