Excellent, efficient and friendly service and I couldn't recommend Timberwise highly enough. I called them in to look at the issue of rotting boards. Ian, the surveyor was thorough in his investigation and rather than advise on possibility causes he advised on additional investigation to ensure the right solution was delivered. The next visit from Ian and his colleague Andy was again thorough, efficient and very friendly. I felt completely confident in their recommendation of cause and solution.
