We were very impressed with Keith who came to inspect our cottage. We thought we had a beetle infestation but it turned out that it was not active and he laid our minds to rest. A company with less integrity may have offered to undertake treatment anyway, but this was not the case with Timberwise and we were very grateful for his honesty and professionalism. I would recommend and not hesitate to use them in the future if needs be.
