Although the original car I ordered got held up in manufacturing, the Tilson team went out of their way to help me solve a raft of issues in acquiring an alternative car and got me a Nissan Qashqai which is brilliant! A special mention must go out to Anthony Pilliner in Sales and also James Knox in Customer Support, these guys went the extra mile for me on many occasions in solving problems that were not even in their areas. What a great experience - to deal with a company that still believes in excellent customer service! I will certainly be a return customer.
