I placed an order on 16/06, on 25/06 I’m still waiting for it to be delivered.
Despite their delivery information saying it is possible to order tracked delivery, I was only offered 2nd class postage.
Ordering on 16/06 should have given plenty of leeway (purely out of a lack of other options), but to find these haven’t been delivered due to their lack of offering the delivery options stated on their website is beyond disappointing.
First time ordering, will likely be the last.
