I ordered Wolford Satin Touch 20 tights, promotion 3 for 2, size L, in black. They were shown on the site as "In stock". Delivery was quick but it was Satin Touch 20 Comfort tights which were sent. I had already returned Satin Touch 20 Comfort tights for a refund which had been sent instead of my original order for Satin Touch 20 which were also being shown as "In stock". If items are not in stock, I would expect that to be shown on the website or be informed that an alternative is available. It is bad service to confirm an order, take the payment and simply send an alternative item without informing the customer first.
