I really enjoyed my course, the instructor was efficient and well informed however one massive thing let the online side of things down, you have 2 weeks to complete the online work but there are NO reminders, I completed 75% of the online work then did the workshop and forgot about the online side of things, with no reminder that you have a week or a day to complete it (for example) I never did and now have to repeat the entire 2 day course, I appreciate this may be my responsibility but something as simple as an automatic message would solve this problem very quickly.
