It is 6 days since I have completed both the e learning and practical but cannot access a certificate, I need this for Ofsted.
Not informed parking was free, so paid at machine only to find once in building we did not have to pay so £6 wasted.
Not informed that lunch could be bought on site.
Training room did not heat up even though a classmate did turn it up.
Training room not practical as trainer had a few IT problems that were not her fault.
