I thought the practical training was very good. The two instructors were easy to understand and they made it engaging and enjoyable which meant that the day passed quickly even though we got through a great deal of information.
The online training was easy to follow and was clear and precise. Being able to save your progress meant you could dip in and out as time permitted which meant it was easy to fit in around your work schedule.
