In dealing with Tiffany Rose via email they were very helpful. We did get the wrong size at first and being in Australia I did have a freakout. But again they were helpful and we got another dress out to us in even shorter time. My daughter was relieved and all went well.
The only thing I would say about the beautiful dress, is that we found it a little hard getting it over her head once make-up and hair was done. There is no buttons or zip, but other then that it was perfect.
