Ties are great quality and match bridesmaid dresses perfectly but what stands out is the customer service! The ties I wanted were out of stock, so I emailed to make sure they were definitely due back in. Not only did they reply speedily with positive news and attitude, but they also emailed again when they came back in stock. Something they didn't need to do. Very happy and excited for the wedding (plus my 3 YO nephew is very excited that he gets to match his Uncle)!
