After looking at their website, I saw they offered a free swatch service via an email enquiry.
So I did, and received a freindly confirmation back and the swatches arrived in the post with 48hrs. The small swatches were enough to decide on the colour and fabric, therefore I ordered and received my desired tie within days.
Excellent service all round, in a world without physical shops to experience colour and texture this service was invaluable.
