I ordered several times for my upcoming wedding a while back, wedding was postponed due to covid, so the wedding party changed slightly. I needed another tie, so logged in to my account, clicked past orders and reordered the same tie which it linked to, called exactly the same aswell ... Well the new tie arrived a totally different colour to the past ones. I messaged them and I was told that I must have ordered the incorrect tie... Which was not the case at all, the only difference was the normal tie was out of stock so I ordered skinny ... But it was for my son (the kids tie I previously ordered looked daft on him but skinny would of been perfect!) I have proof of this also and sent it across and they've just not responded. Luckily I've managed to re-buy the exact tie I required of Amazon for cheaper and free delivery.
