I was disappointed in my purchase. They are very stylish and well-made shoes. I was concerned by the condition of the boots when they arrived. I took photos in case I would be held responsible for the marks on the suede. I was assured by one of your staff that this was a normal reaction to suede in shipping. I am returning them because they were too narrow and not comfortable. I am sorry to have to pay $25. to return a product I was dissatisfied with.
