The shoes were to be delivered and UPS stopped 3 times. I did not know, I had to sign receipt for the shoes. This was not communicated by TB or UPS. I had 3 notices, the 3rd said they will be sending the product back. A simple email stating this would have been very helpful. I would have waived the sign receipt, as I work during the day, or the door note could have said where I could pick them up. I did not receive the shoes. Was, looking forward to getting them. Keep me posted, would still like to do business with you.
