My name is Branden Jackson. I was pleased with the boots that I ordered from your company. However, I needed to exchange them for a size smaller. I returned them on September 15 following the proper protocol. According to the estimated delivery time, I should have received them by September 30. They are currently in transit from a shipping facility in Germany. I don't know when I should expect them.
