We were in the unfortunate position whereby we needed to rely on insurance to claim for a lost/stolen ring. We were able to easily submit a claim online and within 24 hours, able to speak to someone to confirm a few extra details and then within a couple of days we had confirmation that the insurance would cover our claim.
They were always incredibly helpful, super understanding of the stressful situation and were able to arrange payment with our jewellers without the need for us to do anything.
