The white acrylic yarn arrived promptly and adequately packaged, but the yarn had black flecks in its strands near the middle. Not the fault of The Wool Factory, I imagine contamination in manufacture, but I was none the less disappointed. I did not feel it would be fair to ask for replacements as there is no way of knowing which balls are contaminated.
I will however be ordering from you again soon.
