I have always been happy with past service however, this time it fell short. Having placed an order, I then went shopping and found exactly the colour wool I wanted (I was dubious ordering this colour online) I sent an e-mail within an hour asking for it to be removed from my order, 3 days later my order was dispatched including the items I asked to be removed. I sent another E-mail. Neither E-mail was responded to. Wool factory has lost a customer through appalling customer service
