Into each life a little rain must fall. Sometimes mistakes are made. We shouldn't judge people on the mistakes they make, but on the way they respond. In my case, it was DHL that lost an order from The Stem. James was brilliant in resolving the issue promptly and without me having to make a fuss. I have bought from here a few times and would continue to recommend them to friends and family. Keep it up!
