I have found Sharp Chef to be excellent. On an occasion when the wrong item was sent to me they dealt with the matter promptly, efficiently and with good grace and rectified the issue.
The knives I have purchased are of the highest quality and exactly what I wanted and expected.
I certainly intend to continue giving them my custom.
(I have stated the return was difficult as I am an elderly luddite, no printer and an old phone)
