Royal Mail didn't deliver the parcel as scheduled. In fact the original parcel has still not been delivered, however the team at One Stop Garden shop dealt with the matter and sent out a replacement item to complete the order.
I can't stress how impressed I was with the customer service and professionalism of the team.
The item was a gift and the gardener was over the moon with the replacement item.
