Goods ordered not delivered. All Letteroom would do was send me a tracking number. When the goods went missing, Letteroom sent me a very curt email stating that as it was a personalised item a refund could not be made! Fortunately, had not ordered it direct but through Not on the High Street, who could not have been more different in their attitude and efforts made to solve the problem , culminating in an instant refund. Would never buy Letteroom goods again
