I made my order through 'Not on the High Street' for a letter train, a gift for our first grandchild. This was before Christmas 2021, I am still waiting for my order to be completed and have just been told today that they are still out of stock and waiting for the end carriage. I was told this in January & February, how long do I wait, will my grandson ever get his gift!

Goods ordered not delivered. All Letteroom would do was send me a tracking number. When the goods went missing, Letteroom sent me a very curt email stating that as it was a personalised item a refund could not be made! Fortunately, had not ordered it direct but through Not on the High Street, who could not have been more different in their attitude and efforts made to solve the problem , culminating in an instant refund. Would never buy Letteroom goods again

I'm so disappointed. I bought the 'personalised ' planter as a 10 year wedding anniversary for my husband. Other than the fact I had to pay over €20 shipping - which us extortionate, I've bought other much larger items from the UK since Brexit and NEVER paid more than €10 - the item falls way below par. How can you advertise these items as personalized when it involves stickers!!?? One of which had fallen off when delivered! This is disingenuous advertising. The item I thought would be an anniversary keepsake in reality will probably end up peeling off and go in the bin. Needless to say, I won't be recommending.

Terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! £20 down the drain due to poorly finished goods and a refusal to refund.

Just received 2 x Gin & Tonic lip balms as tree presents & a prosecco bath bar, arrived very well packed, very impressed with quality.
