I contacted them and the same day I had a WhatsApp message as I was unable to speak on the phone due to being at work. All my finances and situation was discussed and then we booked in a call with Jamie and he was super helpful and kind and talked me through everything and explained the process. Once I was passed over to CreditFix, Jamie stayed in contact with me the whole time and kept me calm and talked me through everything step by step and checked in with me to make sure I understood everything! Today my IVA was approved and I wouldn’t of been where I am wi the out his and their help! Thanks again for everything! I can finally put my life back together!
