We purchased a hot tub in August 2018 after a lot of research and discussions between my wife and myself. We decided to buy from the hot tub warehouse for a number of reasons: 1. We found we were getting more for our money compared to other suppliers. 2. Pre-sale information and support was very professional 3. Installation was effortless even though we had to use a crane organised by the management. 4. Post support has been very professional and the management and team are always on hand and available to provide assistance.
