The service for the order was fine and the product is fine albeit the welding on the frames could be better as a butt joint was still visible to the underside of the cross member. My only disappointment for a company that presents itself as small friendly business was the blank response I received to request to match a copper finish to hairpin and table legs. I end up buying the products in the raw and sending to be finished elsewhere which is frustrating and expensive. The response simply repeated what the website told me with no effort to look into the enquiry much as you would expect from the likes of amazon with remote service centres.
