My order for a five tier shelving unit was delivered in two days. When I unpacked it there were a couple of pieces missing so I contacted the customer service department. They were very helpful and arranged for replacements which arrived next day. The unit is sturdy and easy to put together (so my grandson tells me). I will be needing more shelving soon and will definitely buy again from this company because of the quality of the shelves, their speed of delivery and excellent customer service. I'd give them more than five stars if available!
