I bought a return E ticket to Zimbabwe just before the Covid lockdown so was un able to use it due to the travel restrictions. Ticket 1763800502001 in the name of Mr STEPHEN ALLUM. I was assured by your staff that the ticket would be honoured subject to current legislation but have never had anything in writing. I was told by Emirates that they had settled with Wisemiser inJuly of that year but having sent messages and two letters to your London offices I have not received any acknowledgement. So what is the situation now?
