So the rear passenger window glass on my car got broken. Several well known National Auto Glass companies couldn't supply the glass to fit, much less for it in a reasonable timescale, so I went to a breakers near Ipswich to buy a replacement. Doing a local search I found The Windscreen Company and (more in hope than expectation) popped in and asked if they could fit said glass for me? “I'm sorry but I don't have an appointment”. “Not a problem, take a seat!” and they showed me to their clean, pleasant waiting room (with free Wi-Fi) and my girlfriend confirmed their restrooms were 10/10 for cleanliness too. They cleared up the mess of shattered glass and fitted my window in record time, and charged me what I thought was a very reasonable price, all while being very friendly and helpful. You simply could not wish for better! 10/10!
