Still waiting for my refund I ordered a light back in February which when it arrived I decided may be too big for my room. I contacted the white company to get the item picked up as it classes as furniture so cannot be returned to store. They advised that wincanton would pick up the light and make contact to arrange. 10 days passed and no contact so I contacted them via the online chat where they advised me to give them a bit longer. After 2 weeks of waiting I contacted again and they referred it to DPD to collect. DPD came to pick it up. The next day DPD tried to re deliver it to me! After eventually getting the light back to where it needed to go on April 7th the white company confirmed they had received the light back. They asked me to put my card information in over the phone which I did and here I am on 27th April and I have still not received my £450 back! I have called 4 times, had several online chats and still waiting for the manager to call me back and have no idea when I will receive my money back and they cannot tell me or identify what the issue is. I’ve been referred to accounts then IT and it appears that everytime I call nothing has been done. I am a big white company fan but this has completely ruined it for me. Absolutely avoid dealing with them if you can buy similar elsewhere incase you have to return something to them. Having looked on Twitter it would appear I am not the first to fall Victim to this shambles
