Ordered personalised (engraved bottle) gift pack at 2pm. At 3.45pm received notification that the order had been dispatched. Didn't fill me with confidence and thought engraving had surely been missed? Order arrived next day 4pm. Well packaged and engraved exactly as ordered, very quick and efficient service. Really pleased! There's two glasses in the gift set...I'd better get a dram!
