The service was very quick organised and efficient ,Except for the automated voice at the end of the telephone transaction, it was, muffled and not a clear sound to fast not able to write down any ref or telephone numbers. Then at the end it asks if you need to speak to someone call this number it goes onto a automated voice and asks if you would like a call back, of which my reply was yes. The call back never came.
