Unfortunately the it was out of Tile Experience and the courier had damaged my delivery so badly that I had to refuse it. I sent an email to Tile Experience notifying them of this. Within minutes they phoned me , they informed me it was too late to do a next day replacement delivery - I informed them I really needed it tomorrow as it would delay the job - they pulled out all the stops and the next morning it was delivered !! Would definitely use them again
