I started the TEFL Academy course in September 2017 with a lot of enthusiasm to finish as soon as possible and applying for a teaching job in China. Although I was still studying for the online course, the recruiters from China accepted already my first certificate that I got for attending 20 hours classroom TEFL course. So, you can apply for an English teacher position while you are still taking the online course in order to take the second certificate for 100 online TEFL course. But meanwhile, my plans changed and I postponed my departure to China. The TEFL online course is well focused on helping you to design an interesting English class during which time students cannot get bored. Planning an English class is more difficult than I first thought, but the well structured modules helps you gradually to understand the stages which you have to consider and the students' skills which you want to improve. Moreover, while you are doing the well focused activities from every module, you have the chance to review for yourself a lot of aspects related to grammar, pronunciation and so on. This is real helpful especially for non-native English speakers, like me, who want to go and teach abroad. It was a really nice experience and I strongly recommend it for you too. Thank you!
