The two day class was very informative and friendly. The teacher was welcoming and reassuring. The online part inspired and encouraged me as I learnt about teaching. It let me know that help was available if needed and no question was too silly. As an older student confidence was lacking but as the course progressed Tefl guided and I began to see that the end goal was not only achievable but also enjoyable as each task was completed.
