I had an excellent experience. I completed the Level 3 course. I found it informative and easy to navigate. I appreciated the fact that the instructions for the assignments were clear and easy to follow, there were also helpful tips to ensure I passed on the first go. Furthermore the fact that it was online made it possible for me to finish the course in my own time. I also appreciate that the marking was timeous and contained helpful feedback.
